Know that city tripping as pet owner is no longer a restriction!

You and your pet are more than welcome in Hotel Jan Brito.

Internal regulations for travellers with pets

We welcome you and your pet(s) to our hotel, however, kindly ask you to observe the house rules below to ensure the comfort of all our guests:

  • Allowed Pets:
    Dogs and cats
     
  • Surcharge:
    € 15.00 per pet per day
     
  • Points of attention regarding your reservation:
    Rooms are not allocated exclusively to pets.
    Book a room according to the size of your pet.
    The number of pets (max.2) per room is restricted per room type as follows:

  • Financial Conditions:
    The presentation of a credit card is required at check-in as a deposit for any possible damages.
    In case of damage to the interior, the pet owner will be liable for the repair costs.
     
  • Room stay and daily cleaning:
    Please inform reception when you leave the room with your pet so that cleaning can be taken care of in your absence.
    No cleaning is done when the pet is alone in the room.
    Pets are not allowed to use the hotel beds, -chairs or -towels in the room.£
    If unattended in the room, the pet should be placed in its bench.
     
  • Common areas:
    Pets are not allowed into the breakfast room, fitness and wellness area due to hygienically reasons.
    Please keep your pet leashed when entering the corridors, our bar and garden.
     
  • Walking your pet:
    Dog waste does not belong into our garden.
    The nearby Queen Astrid Park (200 m away) is suitable for walking your pet.
     
  • Supplementary Rules:
    A medical vaccination card or animal passport should be available upon request.
    The owner is responsible for the pet and its behaviour at all times.
    In case of persistent nuisance caused by your pet, we reserve the right to unilaterally suspend the reservation without any refund.
