PET POLICY

We invite you to read the following terms in order to assure you and your pet the most pleasant stay and avoid any possible inconveniences to the rest of our guests: 

ANIMALS ALLOWED:           dogs and cats

PRICING:                                 € 15.00 / pet / day

RESERVATIONS:
Room reservations will never be exclusively for pets.
We admit Maximum 2 pets per room.
No pets are admitted into our Budget rooms, due to its restricted size.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:  
We request a credit card guarantee upon check-in in case of possible damages.
If damages occur, the client will be charged for the reparation / renewal.

USE OF COMMON AREAS:
Pets will not be able to use the common areas such as the restaurant, bar, spa and gym.

CLEANING SERVICE:
The pet must be removed from the room during housekeeping service.
Please inform reception when leaving the hotel, so the housekeeper can be notified.

NOISE AND DISTURBANCE POLICY:
In case of any noise or disturbance the hotel reserves the right to discharge the guest and the pet from the hotel.

USE OF LEASH:
Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times in the common areas.
The pet may be left unattended in the room inside their corresponding kennel.

WALK YOUR PET:
Please take your pet to the nearby Queen Astridpark (200 m.) for its walk.
Our garden is a peaceful oasis for all of our guests. Not everyone is keen on pets.

IN ADDITION:
* The pet is not allowed to use the bed or the towels in the room.
* Proper medical certification with the proper vaccinations must be available upon request.
* The client is responsible for their pet and its behavior at all times.
