Booking conditions

Prices include VAT and services. City tax is charged separately. Any change to the VAT rate or city tax, or any new tax imposed on our services, will be applied to our prices.

These conditions apply to reservations made directly with Hotel Jan Brito. Reservations made through another provider may be subject to different conditions.

Standard conditions

A valid credit card is required. If the card is invalid, you have 24 hours to amend the card details before the hotel may cancel the reservation.

Three days before arrival, the total reservation amount is authorised on the supplied credit card. Payment is made at check-out. Any booked room nights that are not used will be charged at the booked rates.

Free modification or cancellation up to three days before arrival.
The total reservation price is charged for cancellation within three days of arrival.
No reimbursement is possible for late cancellation, no-show or unused room nights.

Limited Time Deals

Seven days before arrival, the total reservation amount is authorised on the supplied credit card. Payment is made at check-out. Any booked room nights that are not used will be charged at the booked rates.

No reimbursement is possible for late cancellation, no-show or unused room nights.

Prepaid Non-Flexible Deals

A valid credit card is required. If the card is invalid, you have 24 hours to amend the card details before the hotel may cancel the reservation.

The total reservation price is charged to the supplied credit card on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The reservation cannot be modified or cancelled free of charge.
Modifications and date changes are not accepted.
No refund is made for cancellation, no-show or early departure.
